Central location- Lovely and Inviting open layout home. Features huge backyard with Impressive landscaping, Deck w/table & 6 chairs, Sunshade, and BBQ grill. Very good home for large families and/or entertainment. Visit some of the best beaches in Florida!

The layout: Front door opens up to a formal foyer with shoe storage and seating. Following into a living room with 3 couches, coffee table, and smart TV. Eating space for at least 7 people with formal dining area + kitchen island. Chef’s Kitchen is updated and fully stocked to make you feel at home. An independent master suite (Walk-in closet & en-suite bathroom). The other two bedrooms share a hallway with full bathroom. In house laundry. Fully updated & modern bathrooms throughout. The 3rd room at front of home features a kitchenette area with optional independent entrance that leads to the driveway.

Guests will not have access to the garage. Otherwise they will have full access to every other part of the home and property inside & out.

Quiet & peaceful neighborhood.

There is parking in the driveway of the home. For added convenience:

- Wawa gas station 3 min walk.
- Pharmacy & groceries 5 min walk.
- Beach is within 10min drive.

Lovely stay at Pompano beach

The property is in a well located neighbourhood. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby within walking distance. The beach is about an 8 minute drive. Aaron was a great host.

Lovely stay

The house was very comfortable and well organized. bedroom and en-suite bathroom on one side of the house and guest rooms and bath on the other side. Large open kitchen living room and dining area. Comfortable furniture and large screen tv. We would book this again next year.

Amazing!

When I pulled up I was a little concerned about the size. After all size matters but open the door and that was all gone. Terrific back yard, beautiful and welcoming open area but the best is the water pressure best showers ever!! Enjoy so worth and the host responds in minutes and was a delight!!

Great house, perfect starting point to explore South Florida

It was our first time in Florida and we couldn't have imagined a better first time. The house was absolutely amazing! Large and commodious, well equipped and very clean. The location of the house is very good as a starting point for excursions and shopping, the beach is not far away. The only thing we didn't do was to go for a stroll in the evening, the area doesn't have much to offer. Communication with the owner was very good at all times and requests were responded to very quickly. After a problem with the dishwasher, it took just 10 minutes and a friend of the owner was at our door to take care of the problem. Simply great! We certainly won't be coming back to Florida so soon, but if we did, I would request this house again.
