LOCATION:
Situated on a quiet corner boarding Seaside Heights & Seaside Park, Clocktower Condominiums offers it all. Our building is 2 blocks from the beach allowing you to relax and enjoy the warm summer sun. Each unit is provided beach chairs and beach passes to grant you access to the beach. Along the beach, is the infamous boardwalk with plenty of games, min golf, rides & other activities for both kids and adults to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Clocktower Condominiums is also surrounded by a variety of great restaurants: most within walking distance.

THE BUILDING:
Our building caters exclusively to families and adult groups – no prom/young adult groups are permitted. We pride ourselves in keeping each unit and common areas in pristine condition for our guests to enjoy. The building is fully secure with underground, gated parking and commercial elevator with access to each floor. Each unit is provided 2 spaces in the garage. Our rooftop offers a perfect place to enjoy the sun & take a dip in our roof top salt water pool. We also have a common space, right off the pool area, where you can play ping pong, do a puzzle, play some board games or just enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

THE UNIT:
This unit is fully furnished with granite/marble kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, HVAC, and multiple terraces off the living room, master bedroom & upstairs bedroom. The Master Bedroom has two Queen Beds & a private, full bathroom. The Second Bedroom has two Queen Beds & is directly next to the full, hallway bathroom. Upstairs offers another big bedroom with two Queen Beds, living area & 1/2 Bath. The unit offers direct access to pool deck and has its own washer & dryer off the kitchen area. We provide Cable TVs in the Living Room and Upstairs Bedroom along with Wifi connectivity.

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful condo. Spacious and super clean. Location was perfect--so much to do in walking distance that we never needed to drive anywhere. Modern amenities and everything you might need when traveling with a group. Kristen was the perfect host--so welcoming, and gave GREAT recommendations and guidance on places to go and eat. I highly recommend!

The host was amazing and informative, all of her local recommendations were great! The place was beautiful and clean! We were able to communicate with our host and she was very responsive and helpful. There were 10 people in the group and we all felt very comfortable in the place. I highly recommend renting at the clock tower! We will be coming back!

Great Stay

We had a great week long stay. The property manager is extremely friendly, flexible and accommodating. The location was perfect for easy and close access to the boardwalk/beach but still in a quiet area. The rooftop pool was an awesome feature. We had a variety of people — family and teenage friends- all were beyond satisfied. Would happily stay here again.

Great family vacation

My family rented this very nice condo that accommodated 6 adults and my 2 grandchildren comfortably. Kristan was very helpful with check in and anything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas were available. I would recommend Clocktower Condos!

Summer vacation

We had a great stay! Smooth check in process. We had 2 families with multiple young children and was a great set up. Very convenient to have access to the garage which made it much easier to have our beach wagon ready to go each day without having to unload each day. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

Perfect spot to spend time with the family. Plenty of room for all of us to have space and enjoy time together. The game room and pool were the perfect fun zone. Having the two parking spots made day trips easy but especially enjoyed the easy, quick walk to the beach. Staying here has become a family tradition. Looking forward to our next visit. Outstanding experience and one of our best vacations ever!

The property is amazingly clean, super functionable and easy to navigate, and in the perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk. The outside salt pool, game room, indoor garage put the trip over the top! However, nothing was as great as meeting and getting to know Kristin and her family. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave great suggestions on food, shopping, and event/activities that are going on. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again!!

this is our second time staying here. We love the location, the 2-story layout, the rooftop pool, balconies, 2 garage spaces, and touchpad locks (no keys to lose). What a treat to watch the fireworks from the roof! Kristen is a great host and responds quickly to texts. We hope to rebook next year (if my work vacation is approved...)

Our family vacation to Seaside and the Clocktower Condos was nothing short of awesome!! The Condo was clean and spacious. Kristen and her family were very welcoming and friendly. The rooftop access to the pool from the room was super convenient. The game room kept us busy during the rain. Proximity to the boardwalk was perfect. Only two blocks from the beach, yet quiet. Loved the private gated parking. We would 100% stay here again.

Seaside Reunion

Host was very communicative, accommodating, available and pleasant throughout our stay. The place was clean and spacious yet cozy. There were 8 of us from 4 different states ranging in age from 12-87. There was always something to do in walking distance (can't beat a 2 block walk to the beach). Highlight was definitely the rooftop salt water pool...and grandma playing ping pong in the game room:-)

Wonderful

I love this place. It’s the 2nd time I’ve stayed and it’s really perfect. We stayed on a ladies get together. There were 12 of us and we had enough room for everyone with 4 balconies a nice size living room/ kitchen combo. Walking distance to beach and bars was perfect and there’s a pool on the roof top. There’s parking in the garage for 2 cars and more free parking right in front. The owner provides so many amenities and really thinks of everything. I would stay here again and again.

Absolutely Fantastic

This property was everything we were looking for. Kristen was an exceptional host who greeted us right away and gave us all the information we needed about the area. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. The dunk pool was right outside our door and was immaculate. Beautiful views from all balconies especially the fireworks from the rooftop. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to staying here again.

Best Shore Getaway

We just ended our stay as a group of friends. This property exceeded all of our expectations! The owners were all very responsive and made the entire process a breeze! We were treated like family and the size and layout of the condo made us feel like we were home. This property has everything you need from laundry and beach chairs to comfortable mattresses and a rooftop plunge pool which we really looked forward to after long days at the beach. It was a short walk to the beach but also far enough from the boardwalk to be quiet-best of both worlds. It was also kept very clean (we’d see them cleaning the pool area every morning) and we appreciated this piece of mind during this time of a pandemic. We’d definitely book again and would recommend a stay!

Awesome Family Trip!!

This place is Awesome! We planned a mini family reunion in Seaside Heights and it was one of the best trips ever! This unit is clean and very spacious! My daughter, husband and little granddaughter had their own suite upstairs! So convenient with the baby getting up early…didn’t disturb the rest of at all! Kristen was so friendly and responsive. We had one small mechanical issue and it was fixed Immediately!!! The furnishings are so comfortable and look brand new too. The location was great because we were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk and great restaurants. Do not hesitate to rent this place. It’s worth every Penny!!!😊

Our father/grandfather built this beautiful building in 2008 . It's location was chosen as it is convenient to all in Seaside, yet not right on top of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. This makes it a uniquely quiet and private oasis. It was built to the highest standard and remains the finest beach property in Seaside and its surrounding beach communities.

Why they chose this property

For the discerning ones...........there simply is no finer. We are family run and pride ourselves in keeping the building quiet and clean. We rent to family groups and mature adults couples only. We do not rent to groups of young adults. Not sure yet.....read the reviews.

What makes this property unique

From the moment you approach the property, its curb appeal will captivate you. As the gates open to our private garage, you will be impressed by its immaculate feel. Our lobby and elevator are steps from your car. Our units are all beyond compare and will exceed your finest expectations. Clocktower is upscale and provides a plethora of amenities usually found in a 5 Star Resort. There are only 8 units at Clocktower and mostly owner occupied, its exclusivity and privacy is second to none.
