Spotless, large restored home, 2 miles from downtown Jacksonville, 6 blocks from St. Johns River river. You will have lots of privacy and plenty of space. Parking lot with plenty of space. You can park your boat or motor home. Fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished house, and barbecue area. House is 6 blocks from the Arlington boat ramp, and 3.5 miles to TIAA Bank Field Stadium. About a mile from Jacksonville University. Close to Regency Mall, 15 minutes to Neptune Beach. Close to bus stops and businesses. Blackout curtains in 2 rooms are perfect for days when the Florida sun is shining at 5 am.
