You can park your boat or motor home. Fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished house, and barbecue area. House is 6 blocks from the Arlington boat ramp, and 3.5 miles to TIAA Bank Field Stadium. About a mile from Jacksonville University. Close to Regency Mall, 15 minutes to Neptune Beach. Close to bus stops and businesses. Blackout curtains in 2 rooms are perfect for days when the Florida sun is shining at 5 am.
