Welcome to your little escape in the country—where you can slow down, spread out, and remember what it feels like to not be in a hurry.
Our cozy, thoughtfully designed space has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with actual cooking tools. (Because “fully stocked” should mean more than one pan and a sad spatula.)
Outside, there’s plenty of room to wander, relax, sit with a drink, and do absolutely nothing—if that’s on your agenda. No judgment here.
We’re also home to two rescued potbellied pigs, Kevin Bacon and Jon Hamm’let. They have their own space on the property and won’t be sharing your accommodations, but you may spot them around the farm. They’re friendly, curious, and always happy to accept a peanut or two from their human admirers.
We’re Trish and Dave, and we live on the property too. We’re nearby if you need anything, but otherwise, we’ll leave you to enjoy your peace and quiet. You’re close enough to town for anything you might need, but far enough away to actually feel like you got away.
Come settle in, kick back, and enjoy a little country comfort—with just enough polish, plenty of peace, and a couple of rescued pigs somewhere nearby to keep things interesting.

About the host
Hosted by Trish
Dave loves anything with an engine, and Trish leans more toward art, gardening experiments, and yoga mats—so it balances out nicely.
We left the city in search of nature, space, and a life that could include animals (and a little chaos). Mostly, we just wanted room to breathe—and a place where having pigs and a lot of dirt felt like a lifestyle choice, not a problem.
Now we spend our days enjoying lake life, fresh air, and sharing this little slice of it with others.
