My friends and I rented this property for a weekend just to hang out and relax. It did not disappoint. First and foremost, the views were stunning. We had also plan to do a lot of our own cooking and we found the kitchen to be very well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the sauna steam room was a great way to cap off a day. The pool is as great as it looks.

Upon arrival, we received a 15 minute tour of the house along with instructions on how to use the sauna and steam room. Jason answered all questions and was only a phone call/text away if questions arose, quite an asset to the property. The property could not have been any more stunning and never seemed to stop giving us beautiful sunset views. Can’t really think of anything else that could have been provided with the house. Pool and hot tub worked well, sauna and steam room were wonderful. Pool table, card table, backgammon, corn hole and bocci were nice touch. All ten of us would recommend the house without reservation.

This is a fantastic house. Tons of space for our trip with 5 couples. The kitchen is really well stocked. Pool and jacuzzi have amazing views of the valley below. We are already planning our next trip back here.

Josh is an incredible property manager who helped us with anything we needed. The house was larger than expected for 8 people. The pool was spotless and was even cleaned while we were there. Josh provided info on everything we needed for the long weekend. HIGHLY recommend!!

There is not enough room for me to rave about this amazing property. We stayed for our annual couples trip. Five couples. We’ve stayed in nice places but this one takes the cake. A sprawling 7 bedroom oasis on a hilltop over looking Santa Rosa. Mid century modern decor, a pool set to a lovely 86 degrees and a property host that made check in and orientation a breeze. We cooked in the commercial-level kitchen and lounged by the pool. Went on wine tours but we all just wanted more time together at the house. The table inside sat 12 comfortably - we played games (well stocked game closet) and watched movies. Played the Sonos sound system and enjoyed every minute. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms (in each bedroom) were spacious and well appointed. We literally can’t say enough. Our tradition has been a new location each year. Something tells me this house will be our annual retreat for years to come! Thanks for everything, Jason. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Our group had a wonderful stay at Jason's property in July! Leading up to arrival, Jason was more than helpful with local food/wine/activity recommendations, check-in information, and prompt replies to all of our questions. The property was stunning and had more than enough room for our group of 12 to stretch out and enjoy some vacation time. All of the rooms were modern, clean, and spacious for our guests. The heated pool, hot tub, and sauna amenities were definitely among the favorite highlights that the property had to offer. The location is a bit of a drive up the mountain and away from the main city, but it was nice to get away to somewhere quieter.Jason was also kind enough to greet us on arrival and give us a walkthrough of the property. He was also available via text throughout our stay and continued to be quick to answer any questions we had!The entire group agreed we'd happily return again! Thank you for all the hospitality.

Absolutely the best house to rent for a large group. The amenities, the rooms, the grounds are stunning! The rooms were spacious & beds super comfortable. The host was always available and gave great recommendations. The mountain view was breathtaking. The sunrises and sunsets on back porch were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, bocce and sauna and steamroom. The kitchen was well stocked. Hire a private chef - ButterRoot. The pictures don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to go back! 5/5 Stars — Exceeded Expectations!We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, private and comfortable getaway in a gorgeous wine country setting. Every essential was thoughtfully stocked (especially the chef's kitchen), so we truly didn't need to bring anything but our clothes and groceries.The space itself was fantastic — plenty of room to spread out, and we especially loved that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. It made mornings so much easier with a larger group and gave everyone a bit of privacy.There was no shortage of things to do either — sauna, steam room, heated swimming pool, hot tube, bocce, billiards, cornhole, they even have a blackjack table! What really stood out, though, was the communication. Jason, the host/property manager was responsive, attentive, and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. That level of service made everything feel effortless.This was our second stay and we're already planning to book our third!

We had an incredible stay! The house was absolutely beautiful with the most amazing views. It was clean, welcoming, and had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the game room, sauna, steam room, and the solar-heated pool. They were all such great touches that made our stay even better. This property is even more beautiful in person! We were truly blown away by the views and all of the amenities during our stay. Thank you to Melanie for letting us check in a bit early and for the tour. Melanie was also very helpful in providing recommendations for things to do, transportation, etc.This house truly has it ALL- I have never seen a home so well stocked with dishes, napkins, towels, wine glasses-- you name it, they had it! This was a perfect spot for our girls weekend and I hope to one day visit again with another large group. If you are debating booking, DO IT !! You will not regret!!!
