Come and slowly unwind to the relaxed rhythms of San Clemente! Take a 10 minute walk to the beach, pier or beach trail, or an even shorter stroll to San Clemente's downtown district where you'll find some of OC's best restaurants and boutique shopping. You won't want to leave this special piece of paradise.

Our coastal retreat is the perfect vacation home for a family with children and offers competitive monthly rates for those snowbirds wishing to migrate to a warmer climate during the winter.

Enjoy the sunshine and cool ocean breezes in the huge private patio. The outdoor dining area is surrounded by colorful garden and offers a raised deck, umbrella, picnic table and grill. The Juliette style balcony at the entry is the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine.

The condo is a charming, UPSCALE, professionally remodeled 1,100 s.f. condominium home. It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath flat on the second story of a two story quadraplex located on the west, or ocean, side of Pacific Coast Highway in San Clemente.

The private home sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom offers a California King bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. The Master bedroom has a 3 piece en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bathroom is also a 3 piece with combination tub / shower – both are completely remodeled.

The kitchen offers granite countertops and new appliances. The fully stocked kitchen is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals.

There is a gas fireplace and wall mounted, flat screen TV in the family room, and high speed wireless internet. The dining area seats 4 to 6 comfortably. There isn’t central air conditioning but there is a wall a/c unit in the family room with ceiling fans throughout to keep you quite comfortable during your stay. This vacation home also offers a shared, full size washer & dryer.

This was the perfect spot for my trip with my two young children (aged 3 and 5). There was just enough toys and space to keep them entertained, and the front patio was also great for play and dining. Great location--we enjoyed walking to breakfast and everything we wanted to do was a short 10-15 min drive away. Beds were comfy too.

Spring Break Stay

Our stay at this Coastal Condo was great! We were in town to celebrate my 4yr olds birthday over spring break and wanted someplace between Legoland and Disney. This was the perfect location. We were a 15 min walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the main street of San Clemente. The parking spot was great and there wasn't that much street parking at nighttime but other than that, our stay was comfy, clean, and had everything that we needed for all our activities.

What a great place! Was staying the weekend with our family of 5. The place was so nice and clean. Our favorite thing was how close we were to everything. A few min walk to the Main Street where there was a free trolley to the beach and outlets. Will definitely consider coming back.

We had such an amazing stay at this location. Jordan was so helpful before and during our stay. Location was perfect and the whole layout of apartment was really nice. Everything was very new and clean. Great patio space and you could even see the ocean from the top patio. I highly recommend!

The property was just as advertised.It fit two adults and three teenagers perfectly, wonderful location, short walk or drive to the beach, cozy downtown, short drive to the freeway. Was allotted a parking space on the property otherwise the street parking would be packed. The parking space allows for one car or small SUV. Nothing bigger than that will fit.We found the welcome binder in a dresser in the living room. Found it just in time to take out the trash and recycle on Sunday night.Rental was clean, just as pictured.

This place met all of our needs. The patio was welcoming and cute. We were able to easily use the grill one night. The front room has a great couch and lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped. We made breakfast and dinner several nights. The kitchen table is spacious and fun for food and games as a family. Both rooms and bathrooms were clean. The primary suite does require a fan in the warm months- but that kept us plenty cool. The air conditioning in the front room and secondary bedroom were a wonderful welcome addition. The town is cute with plenty of fun shops! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time during our stay! We love San Clemente. We were able to walk easily to food, shopping, grocery store etc. Just know that you could walk down to the beach but not back up, but there is a free trolley that you can walk to that takes you to the beach and back. The home was well done and clean and had plenty of towels etc. We had a large truck and it was tight but able to fit in parking space. Beds were very comfortable and there were large tvs in primary and the family room. The neighborhood felt very safe. This was a multiple unit property. The greatroom and secondary room have ac units but I will say, the primary did not have an ac unit and got hot in the afternoons and tried to cool down at night. There are fans in the bedrooms and an extra box fan. The manager was easy to message and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay again!
