The home was nice and spacious, only problem I had was the bed was
a little uncomfortable and pillows awful....if you plan on staying here bring your own pillows. We enjoyed the pool table!

As with everything in life; you get what you pay for. This is not a high end property. We were happy here, but it's dated. The fixtures in bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating; showers not great, linoleum separating from around the tub and kitchen appliances are older. It's clean and perfect for a family. Especially with the pool table. Lots of stairs so the moving in and out is a pain. You can hear the highway from the master bedroom. Overall we were happy with the house just pointing out some of the issues so other renters are aware.

Hi Katherine,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We really do appreciate the feedback for ourselves and future guests. While we cannot address everything, as the location of the location of the home/stairs are not within control, we will pass along the feedback to the owner of the home so he is aware of improvements that would make the guest experience more satisfying. Again, thank you for the assessment of the property and we hope you enjoyed your time in Tahoe.
We have two teens who need their space so this house was perfect… older son had the downstairs all to himself complete with pool table and bathroom.. daughter got her own master bedroom. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and house was furnished nicely.
We had a great time staying at this house very clean beautiful and plenty of space my only negative was it didn’t have any speakers or sound system to connect via Bluetooth and play music while we did crossword puzzle, scrabble dinner, at night etc.

Thanks for your review. New short term rental regulations prohibit us from providing guest access to their own amplified music. We agree it's silly if you want to just put on mellow music at dinner, but we do have to follow these regulations. If guests would like to bring their own bluetooth speaker they are welcome to, however they must pay special attention to the quiet hours that Placer County enforces, and noise shouldn't be able to be heard afterhours across property lines. We love our guests to have fun, but want to make sure that everyone is able to enjoy the peace that Tahoe provides!
Overall this home was great! Clean, great location, etc. The one thing that was too bad is that the 3rd bedroom was downstairs and through the game room. This setup might be great for some folks who want privacy with a 3rd bedroom, but it didn't work for our family since we had planned for our second child to sleep in. It was too far away for us to have kids there. Not sure if we just missed something in the listing. The home itself was great! Just very expensive for us to not be able to use the 3rd bedroom!

Thank you Susanne! We apologize that the layout of the home did not fit your family but are happy to hear overall you had a great trip. We hope you come back and stay with us again in the future.
We really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Place. House was clean and location is near Skylandia Park and Lake Forest Beach. The driveway is steep and there are several layers of stairs to get up to the living area. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed for doing our own cooking/baking. Thank you so much for making this place available on the north side of the lake. We like the lake access and activities.

Great size and location for a wedding we attended
We were able to walk to the venue which is always a plus. The pool table was a big hit with the kids. Driveway was a little tough to park two vehicles with one being a 2500 RAM but that is no biggie. Kitchen is on the small side but with just staying 3 days, we did not plan on cooking in. Nice TV and stereo and we enjoyed sitting in the deck and enjoying the scenery. You really can't be in a bad mood when you are in Tahoe. We did think the house could have been a little cleaner. The carpets in bathrooms were really dirty, so much so that we washed them before we left and it made a huge difference. The one complaint would be the light up on the tree that stays on all night. It shines right into the downstairs bedroom if you are sleeping in the left side bed. No matter how much you close the blinds, it seems to still be in your eyes (sorry, I am so sensitive to light when sleeping). We really enjoyed the 1 mile or so walk into Tahoe city on the paved trail. Great location for restaurant choices and shopping. We really enjoyed our family time in this home. Thank you
