Location & Accessibility

Our building is conveniently located on a main road in Kettering, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. However, the unit itself is situated at the back of the building, providing a quieter, more private retreat away from street noise.

But once a reservation is confirmed, costs start rolling in on our end. Here’s how it works:
🔸 All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee – this covers admin time, merchant fees, and platform costs we don’t get back.
🗓️ Cancel within the refund window (e.g., 14+ days before check-in)?
✅ You’ll receive a refund minus the 10% fee.
⛔ Cancel outside the refund window?

Parking & Entry Instructions
For easy access, please enter the building through the back door, located behind the property. Simply pull into the driveway and park in your designated garage spot, which corresponds to the unit you rented—this will be your parking space for the duration of your stay.

🚗 Bringing a second vehicle? Please do not park in another guest's garage spot. Instead, use the street parking along the front of the building.

The most convenient way to get around is by personal vehicle, but public bus lines are nearby, and Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are readily available in the area.

This location is on a corner of a neighborhood and a main road in area East Kettering. Easy access via I-675 & OH35 to WPAFB, USAF Museum, Wright State, Cedarville University or to downtown Dayton where you will find the University of Dayton, Victoria Theatre, The Schuster Performance Arts Center, many microbreweries and multiple fine dining restaurants.
