This home has 1,550 sf of living area, large heated pool and lanai located in quiet section of Kelly Greens Golf course community in Fort Myers, FL.

It’s a complete open living space with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and TVs in every room including outdoor lanai. The owner's suite has separate sliding glass doors to the pool/lanai and the owner's bathroom has dual sinks & large walk-in shower with plenty of storage. Enclosed two car garage and over-sized pavers driveway for plenty of parking.

All lawn maintenance is included. The yard was recently landscaped to make the outside equally as inviting as the inside.

Amazing restaurants, exceptional shopping from the classic stores to boutiques, beach is within 2 miles of the home. Many other things to do in this location.

Optionally, golf and amenities may be transferred during the rental period.

Outstanding vacation!

One of our best vacations ever! The hosts are terrific--responsive and friendly. Their home has been updated and is decorated well. The pool is wonderful. The kitchen has new appliances and is well stocked. Norman and Debbie even provided a 'welcome basket' filled with 'goodies'. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a golf community in Fort Myers.

Spring 2025 at Kelly Greens

Beautifully decorated home with fully stocked needs. Very comfortable with excellent private pool and garage usage. Neighborhood upper class with excellent club and golf facilities. Friendly people and great working staff. Area has a lot of great stores, restaurants and close to beaches on Ft Myers beach and Sannibel. 15 min drive to either.

My wife and I leave in Atlanta. We visited the Kelly Greens neighborhood for 10 years before we bought the house in 2021. It's an easy place to make great friends and it is 5 minutes from the ocean.

Why they chose this property

Our house is just down the street from the beautiful golf course and great clay tennis courts. Being a host of our home in Ft. Myers gives our guests the chance to enjoy so many of the neighbors we love.

What makes this property unique

The house has been upgraded with new appliances and furniture and well appointed. The large heated swimming pool is very enjoyable in the winter and new shrubbery and trees have been planted around the entire house. Since the HOA manages 100% of the yard work, it's very comfortable living.

If you get a chance, you should drive an hour and half south and take an air boat trip through the everglades. Great fun!
