Our beach has all the desired vacation activities you would wish for in a beach community, including a wide variety of restaurants, charter fishing trips, dolphin watching tours, jet skiing, and more. Perfect Beach House!

This home was better than expected! Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 6, and so close to the beach. There were tons of chairs and beach, floats, and sand toys for us to use during our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Badly run property

The owner of this property was very inconsiderate and rude. He scheduled major repairs during our stay and caused us to move to a different location. It was extremely noisy and dusty. The apartment is quite worn and in need of a major update. The only upside is the location and the nice terrace. Despite the unpleasant experience with the owner of this property, I want to congratulate Florida Beach Rentals for their excellent service in resolving the matter and finding us a different apartment very quickly. It was unpleasant to move in the middle of our stay, but Florida Beach Rentals made the transition very smooth.

Things that need to improve.

The furnishings need a deep cleaning. The shower heads are terrible and need replaced. The guest bath toliet needs to be repaired, it has moved on the floor. The light switch in same bath needs repairs, along with the bath vents (both) and the blinds again in the same bath. The cook ware needs replaced. And the stove needs to be lit with a lighter. Dangerous for family with small children. For our group being older a couple of items no big deal. For others a problem. The condo location is very good. The atmosphere nice. Quite and close to the beach. Close to the city center and amenities and dining.

Clearwater Visit

We got in very late and our code did not work. Then we had another problem with the door a couple days later. I was surprised that they wanted us to do the dishes and take out the trash. I feel we should not have to pay for a late checkout with the things they asked of us and the door not working. We did like the place a lot. It was a great location and was clean. We would probably stay again.

Excellent and Fun Place

Very accessible to the beach only 100 yards away from the front door. A pleasant place to stay. Relatively clean units. Also, the properties beach chairs and float toys were nice to borrow. There are several charming Palm trees surrounding ‘Palm Place’ (thus the name) which really added to a very fun and relaxed atmosphere. The only draw back is that some of the reserved parking spots for the units can be difficult for some smaller cars and ones with trailer hitches because of the ground slope and angled parking. Overall, it was a charming, clean and fun place to stay. However, I don’t have anything to compare it to in the rental price range since this was our first time at Clearwater Beach. JP

Great location, inside property disappointing.

The location to the beach was awesome, but the inside of the property was not clean and outdated. The property was a good size. The cleaning fee is overpriced. We had to wash the sheets ourselves, clean the pedestal vanities, had problems with the 2nd bathroom shower. For the price, I would not rent this property again.

Sunny Clearwater Condo

The condo was clean and ready for us. The location was awesome....right next to the beach and we could walk to eat when we wanted to. Other renters were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the beach chairs, towels, etc. we appreciated having a washer/dryer available to us. The couch was a bit tatty but we spent most of our time outside anyway...loved the outdoor space and assigned parking.
