Located a few meters from the piers, shops, restaurants and the many beaches in the area.
Completely renovated with fully equipped American kitchen.
As soon as you enter the house you can enjoy a spacious and bright open plan living room with a fireplace.
The apartment has two large bedrooms and two
full bathrooms, one of them en suite with a
large bath to relax.

Located 10 meters from the beautiful harbor of Puerto Banus and a 3-minute walk from the beach. The location is really perfect: the apartment is surrounded with excellent restaurants and bars.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, but no problems. There is an elevator to take you to a bright apartment that has been recently renovated since May 2022.
In each room there is climate control and electric shutters to block out the sun
when needed.
A perfect destination for both families and groups.
SINCE APRIL 2025 the room with 2 small seperate beds, now has 1 king size bed !
