Perfect weekend escape

The property is gorgeous. The deck overlooks a peaceful scene of the river, and you see it throughout the house through huge windows. Good food and historical golf are right across the bridge. The amenities in the house are top notch. Highly recommended!

The Black Fox Retreat was absolutely top shelf. The inside was stunning and had everything you could need during your stay and a lot of extras. The outside deck is where we spent most of our time and I have to say it's without a doubt the nicest deck at any place I've rented yet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious and luxurious place to stay right on the Allegheny River. We will be back.

Beautiful Home right on the Allegheny River! Had all the inside and outside amenities including a huge eat in kitchen and 2 sitting areas with awesome views and a huge outside deck and fire pit area. The Hosts were exceptional to work with! Right across the bridge was the village of Foxburg with a bike trail, winery, pizza shop and a restaurant so it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind!

What a wonderful home to stay in! We had a great time. Everything is clean and spacious. Little touches with seasonal decorations demonstrated how far above and beyond Meghan went. Foxburg is a super neat small town across the bridge that is easy to walk to. Trails were beautiful. We were here in the fall and fortunately weather was perfect to get out and about. However, this home is perfect regardless of the season. Can’t say thank you enough for letting us stay in your home!
