Check in was easy after speaking with the owner via ring on how to decipher the entry code. The condo was typically clean and ready for us to occupy. Parking was convenient with two spots at the front door. The location was close to main street restaurants and lacrosse tournament fields. Overall our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Drawback was no kitchen sink disposal and no grill for grilling. Portable vacuum cleaner ran out of power and could not find the charging cord.

Very nice property, but it is owned by a large corporation. They give the illusion of a homey residence, but it’s not, it’s a rental. Throughout the stay I communicated with several agents, all very nice, but not just one owner. Check-in/check-out instructions were vague, cookie cutter directions clearly written to cover all their rental properties, not the specific unit you were in. Mentioned hot tubs, soft porch furniture, and returning keys, all of which this property does not have. This is more of a knock on our current society rather than on this property.

Wonderful Property

What a beautifully maintained and spacious condo. It was perfectly stocked and an amazing location for Lake Placid town and the IronMan. An incredible full basement for our IronMan athlete to spread out, prepare and rest. AC was a bonus. I’d highly recommend and stay again. Also great hiking locally and short distance away in addition to all the Olympics activities and history.

Conveniently located

Enjoyed the property; good neighborhood and excellent communication with property management. Only downside was property was not completely clean (some Cheerios and crumbs on the floor in the kitchen, and dirt on floor of 2 bathrooms). Would stay there again, as all else was perfect!

Great location

Location was perfect for all of us and our activities. Skiing, snowshoeing, skating and watching winter sports events. We had snow everyday and there was no issue with not being plowed out. Very comfortable for 7 adults

Great location and layout!

Everything was clean and well maintained. This was a perfect location for our group of 6 as we needed 4 bedrooms and needed to come and go frequently throughout our stay. Great space for hanging out together in our limited down time. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils for meals. Thank you for having us! We would stay again if we are back here.
