-Guests must disclose pets at the time of booking.
-Guests may bring up to 2 dogs who weigh 60 lbs or less each.
-Guests must keep dog(s) leashed when outside of the home or yard.
-Dog(s) are not permitted on beds/couches/chairs.
-Guests must clean up pet waste.
-Guests will be charged for any damages caused by their pets.
-Dog(s) must be crated if left in the home alone. Dog(s) should never be left outside when home alone.
-Guests must pay a $100 fee per dog. (This fee does not cover damages but rather supports extra cleaning fees.)
