Nice home but the carpeting and rugs were not at all clean and one of the towel bars in master bath was lying on the floor with the attachment broken from the wall. Bed linens were marginal. Kitchen worked well; living area very comfortable.

Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the kitchen and found the living area comfortable. We did reach out during your stay to make sure everything was going well, and you let us know that “it’s been great,” so we weren’t aware of the concerns with the carpeting, rugs, towel bar, or linens at the time. We certainly would have been happy to have our housekeeping or maintenance teams take a look if we had known. We appreciate you bringing these things to our attention now so we can follow up and make sure they’re addressed for future guests.

Lovely home. Lots of space for the kids to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Fun hot tub. And lots of humidifiers, which really helped with the incredibly dry conditions right now!
