Great location for activities

This home was neat, clean, and comfortable. We had a few activities scheduled (kayaking, golf, etc.) and the location was a good center point. The owner was very helpful with local recommendations and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again!

A very well maintained property situated in a wonderfully tranquil locale, just 10 mins from Spanish Springs town square. Property owner Laurie was very responsive to my various inquiries. Would be quite pleased to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean home. Quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from restaurants and grocery. Nice view of the golf course and sunsets. Absolutely no issues and owner is very prompt answering questions.

This 2 bedroom villa overlooks the golf course. Everything is as described. Well appointed, clean, beautiful and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Quiet Location with Golf Course View

This lovely Carriage House is the last unit at the end of the lane - very quiet, very private, with a great view of the Glenbrook Golf Course from the back porch. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed with a firm, comfortable mattress - which makes for a good night's sleep. Ideally located - not too far from the Spanish Springs Town Square with easy access to all activities at The Villages. The owner, Laurie, was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. We had a great 4th of July week's vacation, and we look forward to our next trip to The Villages.

Beautiful!!

We stayed in this house for 9 days with some friends of ours. It was clean and exactly as the pictures showed...beautiful. Open and airy with high ceilings. We rented our own golf carts and had a blast driving everywhere on them. Golf was great. Laurie was always quick to respond if I had questions before we made our trip. In the mornings we opened the French doors that led to the screened in porch and enjoyed our coffee. We hope to go back next year.

The towels reeked of mildew. The sheets had holes and the beds were about to fall in- Blankets on the couch were filthy. Owner was nice but not there to fix these issues.

Not ideal if you are light or hearing sensitive. This home is a paired home/duplex-we could hear noise presumably coming from the neighbor all night the first night, and the a/c unit is right outside the master with a hum during the night. The light from the smoke detector shines directly on the pillows. Moved to other room due to noise/light, but that room has light from the driveway lamppost as well as the street light shining through the curtains/blinds. (Bring earplugs/sleeping mask-there was also noise from the golf course at 5-6am). The house is lovely, but there are trees blocking the view of the golf course, so the photo seems a little misleading. Plenty of room and a nice set up. Nice decor. Very comfortable home, nice neighborhood, felt very safe.

Perfect Stay

We came to The Villages from SW Florida to visit with friends. The communication with the owner was perfect. The house was perfect (very nice, very clean). The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved sitting on the screened-in patio watching the golfers putting. The only issue was the ice maker. It made plenty of ice but would not dispense. No big problem for us, but we notified the owner anyway.

Best property in the Villages

This is our 3rd December in a row to stay in this beautiful Carriage House on the Glenview Championship Golf Course. It’s quiet and private. The view and action on the 9th hole of Fox Run provides great entertainment. We’ll definitely return!

Why they chose this property

Second home for retirement. Love its location and convenience. No hassle home, hoa takes care of all outside chores. HOA rules apply to all: No noise after 9 pm, No overnight street parking.

What makes this property unique

Golf Course and driving range drew us to this home. Fantastic View from Lanai. Lovely upscale location. Country Club is great for meals and a couple minute walk from front door. HOA takes care of all landscaping and gardens. Surrounding area for walks are just lovely - best in The Villages. Quiet neighborhood for relaxing evenings with short ride to all the Villages activities during the day. Not a party home so is in great condition and kept very clean.
