The house was conveniently located to the beach and the use of the golf cart was so great to transport chairs, umbrellas, and other things to the beach. The hosts were in great communication throughout the stay and were receptive to any questions.

This was a fantastic vacation rental for our large family and two dogs. The pool, golf cart, hot tub, and beachy setting made it a real hit for us. Everything we needed was right there and the location was convenient to area attractions, sight seeing, groceries, and coffee shops. The owner was communicative and readily available via text or phone calls for questions. It's a great value and a very pet friendly property.

The property was as described. The pool was our favorite spot. I do wish the towels were a little more absorbent and more of them for our large party. But, that's so minor. Everything was enjoyable!

The hosts were so kind and helpful throughout the week. I cannot say enough about all of the amenities - bikes, golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, cornhole, grill by pool, and the list goes on and on. All of the "extras" were very thoughtful. Our family had a wonderful time. You cannot go wrong with the hosts or the property.

It was a great home for us and our 2 dogs. The hot tub was fantastic. The sunsets from the top deck were beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach and you could drive the golf cart to the beach parking.

Just a few thoughts, but certainly no red flags. The cleaning crew needs to work a bit more on the prep between rentals, there was some debris on the sofa when we arrived. We vacuumed the upstairs daily to keep after our dogs. Sofa covers had some stains on them prior to arrival, which isn’t a big deal, but some folks may think it looks dirty. Pool guy wasn’t aware we were coming in for the week, and he said the cleaners were not made aware. The pool was great and we used the heck out of I due to the very ruf surf at the ocean side, but it was more cloudy than expected even on day one. Maybe just needs to be back-flushed at the filter, and shocked to clear it up. We skimmed twice daily just to help with the breeze blowing grass etc. in the water, but very manageable. Yard around pool needed to be mowed. Golf cart was great for running to and from beech. Plenty of things to do nearby, restaurants and Waves Deli excellent. Definitely worth renting and Doug and Sarah were very receptive to our feedback and awesome to work with.
