About this property

Hudson River Views meets Mid-Century Chic!

About this space

Friends and family will be wowed when you gather at this spacious and ultra comfortable home. There’s a beautiful new gunite pool, large patio, elevated screened in porch, and spacious deck for barbecuing and dining. Interiors feature two fireplaces, two living spaces with large TVs, fully-equipped kitchen, game room, exercise area, piano, home office, and lots of space to spread out both inside and outside. All of it looking out to the Hudson River where you may spy bald eagles nesting nearby.

The space

We are conveniently located in the leafy hamlet of Balmville, minutes from downtown Newburgh, and just over the bridge from the Beacon train station. 90 mins by train, or about a one-hour drive from NYC. The house is within minutes of the best the Hudson Valley has to offer, including Storm King (15min), Dia Beacon (15min), great hiking trails, local farms and distilleries, Woodbury Commons (25min), Mohonk Preserve (30min) and more.

Other things to note

Well-behaved house trained dogs are welcome for a $100 non-refundable fee. If you are bringing a dog please select that option when making your reservation. One dog is allowed per reservation, unless otherwise approved by host.

And while we allow children, babies and toddlers must be watched carefully in our home as the staircases have a lot of space in between steps and balusters.

No smoking anywhere on the property, except on the pool patio.
No pets w/o approval.
No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing.
No loud music after 9pm.
No weapons or fireworks.

Pool is only open from May 15th-Oct 15th weather depending. Please check with us ahead of booking if you are close to those dates and want to confirm the pool status.
