The property is set on five private acres overlooking the Hudson River and the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. The house has a newly remodeled kitchen completed in 2023. The downstairs bathroom has a large jacuzzi and two showers. John Adam's great-granddaughter once lived here. Note that the pool appearing on the cover is the neighbor's pool, not available under this listing.

You will have access to all parts of the house, except the basement and attic.

If you take the garbage out (thank you!) the recycling goes in the bin with the orange lid. They don't accept plastic bags so please empty the recycling directly into the bin.
