The house boasts 5 large bedrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen, SAUNA!, jacuzzi bath tub, playroom with ping pong and POOL table!majestic chandeliers, and gold trim. Relax and take in the beautiful sunsets and spectacular views from the large deck equipped with comfortable patio furniture. We invite you to experience the beauty and tranquility of this historic property with its original charm and character.

The property is set on five private acres overlooking the Hudson River and the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. The house has a newly remodeled kitchen completed in 2023. The downstairs bathroom has a large jacuzzi and two showers. John Adam's great-granddaughter once lived here. Note that the pool appearing on the cover is the neighbor's pool, not available under this listing.

You will have access to all parts of the house, except the basement and attic.
