Something happened with the Open Path information and I didn't receive it. I contacted the property manager about how to access the property, she said I should have received that information from the reservation platform. When I sent her screenshots of what I did receive, she sent me the Open Path information. I thanked her and told her I had not received that information before she shared it. She then responded, "It actually did I sent you a screen shot of it on the VRBO/Expedia website that’s how I was able to copy and paste and resend to you. Our automated system sends it out 48 hours before check in. The platform has also verified it as well that they are able to successfully see it."
While I appreciate that she sent me the information, I still have not received the original info that she forwarded to me. I don't appreciate being told that I received something I clearly did not. If I had that information, I would not have needed to contact her for instructions.
