Amazing Sunset Views: Bayfront Luxury Home: Short Walk to Beach

This beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath luxury home located on the quiet west end of Galveston sits on nearly 2 acres of natural wetlands and wildflower registry with an unobstructed view of the sunset. The home was completed in January 2024 and has all the luxury designer appointments; marble countertops throughout, hardwood and tile floors, marble and tile showers, custom-built designer furnishings, Kitchenaid appliances, Induction cooktop and beverage center. Restaurants, grocery stores and golf cart rental are nearby and the beach is just a short walk or bike ride away. Our location also allows for the spotting of wildlife and is a well-known area for birding. Be sure to bring your camera or binoculars because there's plenty to see.

This is a family home which is well-maintained and used by the owners when it is not rented for other families to enjoy. We welcome family groups to enjoy our home and take advantage of the natural beauty and surroundings. Parties and Events are strictly prohibited and the Guest limit is strictly enforced.

Beach On The Bay is a newly constructed home which we finished in January 2024. It has all the luxury appointments with marble and designer furnishings throughout. The sunset and water views are spectacular. A portion of the property is designated as Wetlands and is on the Galveston Wildflower Registry.
