PARKING: For parking at The Tides, you should visit the Valet Parking office to cover the fees for your stay. The rates are as follows:

Daily: $20
Overnight: $40
1-7 Days: $75
8-14 Days: $100
15-21 Days: $125
22-31 Days: $150

Additionally, there is a $20 deposit for the Parking Hangtag. Remember to bring your temporary pass and parking registration form.

FOB key:
For access around The Tides, fob keys are needed:

1-2 Adults: 1 fob required
3-4 Adults: 2 fobs required
5-6 Adults: 3 fobs required
Each fob key is $30.00. Please ensure you obtain the necessary number of fobs for your party to enjoy full access to the facilities.

Other Things to Note:
HEALTH AND SAFETY:

- To prevent mold and insect infestation, keep all windows and doors closed, especially when the air conditioning is on. Adjust the AC within a comfortable range of 72-83°F. Non-compliance may lead to a fee of up to $500.
- Smoking any substance inside the unit is strictly prohibited, with a penalty of $250 for violations.

CHECK-IN & ACCOMMODATION:

- Check-in time begins at 4 pm, and check-out must be completed by 11 am. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
- Initial supplies of towels, linens, and toiletries are provided. Guests should plan accordingly as these are not replenished during the stay.

APARTMENT CARE & MAINTENANCE:

- Use a damp mop for balcony cleaning to prevent water from affecting the units below. Towels or other items must not be draped over the balcony railing.
- The furniture arrangement within the apartment should remain as is to avoid a penalty of $250.

COMMUNITY RULES & ETIQUETTE:

- Quiet hours are observed after 9 pm. Parties or loud music can result in immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation.
- Inside the building, appropriate attire including shoes and a beach cover-up is required at all times.

POOL AREA GUIDELINES:

- Pool chairs should not be reserved or left unattended for more than 30 minutes. Items left behind will be removed and may lead to fines for repeat offenses.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Only pre-registered guests are allowed on the premises. Pets are not permitted in the apartment.
- Proper waste disposal is crucial. Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet to avoid potential damage charges.
