Guest Access:
This 2-bedroom, 1-bath back home sleeps up to 5 guests. You have access a private back yard (Note: no noise from 9pm to 8am). Guests can park up to 3 cars on the dedicated private long driveway.

The Neighborhood:
The back unit home is located right off Neptune Ave, a famous street designated for pedestrians and bicyclists to walk or run up and down the coast. It offers a flat terrain, ideal for distance walking or biking. Since we are near local beaches, restaurants, and shops, many guests choose to do this.

Getting Around:
For longer journeys, local buses and rideshare services are readily available. Plus, the Pacific Coast Highway offers easy access to nearby attractions, making it simple to navigate this charming coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
•This is a private, back-unit home with upper-level entry (less than 10 stairs to the entry door).

• This home is NOT suitable for any outdoor gatherings or noise after 9pm as back yard can echo into the neighbors bedrooms. THERE IS A STRICKT NOISE ORDIANCE FROM 9pm to 8am. Outdoor surveillance is present.

• We are pet friendly and a $150 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your reservation.
• This is a smoke-free, vape-free home and no illegal substances will be tolerated.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum - quiet hours 9pm to 8am.
• This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
• The front house is also a rental (no shared space). You may see the renters while they are on their deck.
• You must be at least 25 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 25, excluding families.
• Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay
