Casita has a full kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. Two patios to enjoy both mountain desert sunrise & sunsets. Secluded enough to decompress, but Free WiFi for plugging in when you need too. Horses are welcome, large stalls available, fenced outdoor arena, wash rack & more. Room for horse haulers. Outdoor parking spot for vehicles and/or trailer parking also included. Bring your horses or just enjoy the view. Monthly and Weekly renter welcome! Rate includes1 horse stall, each additional horse and stall will be $25.00/night

We loved our stay in the casita! We brought our horses out for part of the winter. The stalls are big with automatic waterers. The horses have a big outdoor arena to exercise in. There are miles and miles of beautiful trails just a few blocks in either direction. Loved having coffee watching the sunrise come over the mountains. Having a glass of wine and watching the sunset in the evening. Gregg and Betty are perfect hosts, available anytime we needed anything.

Wonderful stay

We brought our horses from Missouri to stay for the month of January. The casita is located a couple blocks from the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and from the Tonto National Forest, miles of fantastic riding. The casita was perfect, Greg provided everything you could possibly need. The horses each had stall, automatic water era, runs, and a large turnout. The views from the casita are awesome. Only 25-30 minutes to nice restaurants, grocery stores. Could not have asked for a better stay. Thanks Greg for all you did to make our stay so special!

This place exceeded our expectations!

Gregg's Casita was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. It is beautifully situated in a rural community where horses abound and are even welcomed at Gregg's place. Beautiful sunrises each morning, delicious coffee and all the amenities of home. Not only that but Gregg was one of the best, most helpful and friendly hosts we've ever encountered at a vrbo. We really didn't want to leave but hope to return for a visit again! It was located close to all the hiking and horseback trails we could want. Don't hesitate to book the Casita at Gregg's place. You will not regret it.
