About this property

Elegant 3 bedroom home overlooking a lake, 5 minutes to beaches, Naples, Mercato

Our spacious 3-bedroom home is conveniently nestled in a little-known gated community just one block north of North Naples, FL town line, in Bonita Springs, FL.

Walk into our elegant living room with a 75" TV and high ceilings, adjacent to the dining room perfect for entertaining. The spacious kitchen has new appliances, where you can cook all day. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and king-size bed, plenty of closet space. One of the guest rooms has a king-size bed and a Kid-Cave with a TV and small couch. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser, and closet teeming with toys for kids under 10.

The home includes 2 Paddle Boards, beach chairs and toys, and fishing equipment. For an additional $150 per week, we offer an optional Level 2 EV charger that supports up to 40kW charging.

The property is situated on a small community lake with an eastern exposure from the backyard and lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine.

Restaurants, shopping & nightlife, as well as golfing & several beaches surround our home, all within a 3-10 minute bike ride or drive.

Though the home is listed for 1-month minimum stays from January 1 - March 31, we may entertain shorter-term stays for a $125 per night premium. Please message us for inquiries regarding the specifics of your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Bonita Springs and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The house was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It was also extremely well equipped, with everything we needed to feel comfortable from day one.The layout was perfect for a family, offering plenty of space, privacy, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The host was very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free.We truly felt at home during our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bonita Springs. Lovely home on lake.

This well equipped house in a quiet neighborhood was a great place to spend a month. We enjoyed having our coffee while watching the sunrise each morning. The location was close to numerous beaches and convenient shopping. We plan to return next season.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood close to all the action. Minutes from the beach, shopping and great restaurants. The house was clean, had everything we needed and then some. Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful property with even better hosts. Their instructions were spelled out clearly and we had no major problems checking in or with the property during our stay. The one time we needed an iron and ironing board they were delivered the next day via an Amazon order from our hosts. Julia and Chad are ideal hosts and their home is in a wonderful location within easy access to the beach, quality restaurants, grocery stores and various other retail merchants.

Great Vacation Property

Wonderful location for a vacation. The home is located in a gated community that is very quiet, safe, and convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and several rounds of golf. The home is a very clean and beautiful smart home. Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood due to its proximity to Bonita's Barefoot Beach, Wiggin's Pass Beach, Vanderbilt Beach, North Naples, Mercato, & Bonita Bay. All the best beaches with ample parking are easily accessible by Bike, Golf Cart or Car.

From a vacation rental perspective, you get all the benefits of being in the North Naples community (which completely surrounds our neighborhood) without paying the North Naples prices for a similar home in a gtes community.

What makes this property unique

What makes our home unique is us... the owners. We are not part of a real estate investment group. We aren't even private real estate investors who own multiple properties.

This is actually our home and when we come home, we don't want to feel like we are living in a hotel suite or vacation rental.

We don't want to arrive home and feel the first thing we need to do is take an inventory of everything in the home to figure out what we have to go shopping for before we can use the restroom, make dinner or go to the beach.

The kitchen is properly outfitted with everything from nice quality cookware to a decent selection of spices.

There are plenty of towels & linens, beach equipment, fishing rods... nearly everything you'd likely have if this were your home.

Our home is in fact a home... not just a more comfortable option than a hotel for an extended stay.
