The Space:
Welcome to our comfy Airbnb retreat, where two homes share a driveway, making it a great spot for your group of up to 14 people. Tucked away on a peaceful property, this 10- BR unit is perfect for a fun and memorable vacation.


| MAIN HOUSE |
Get comfy in the Main House, a spacious spot with five bedrooms. It's got a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and three bathrooms. Kick back in the living room or enjoy a meal in the dining area. The Main House mixes modern convenience with classic charm for a homey feel.


| CARRIAGE HOUSE |
On the other side of the driveway is the Carriage House, a unique space with five more bedrooms. It's got a cozy vibe, a kitchenette, a private living area, and two bathrooms. It's perfect if you want your own space but still be part of the group.


| SHARED DRIVEWAY |
The driveway between the two houses is a great outdoor spot. Imagine sipping coffee or having drinks on the patio, surrounded by greenery. It's a perfect place for group activities, shared meals, and making memories.

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to the charming community of Sevierville, Tennessee, where the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains meets Southern hospitality. Nestled in the heart of the Smokies, Sevierville offers a mix of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and a welcoming small-town atmosphere.

Other Things to Note:
| WE HAVE SOME VERY BASIC RULES FOR THE TOWNHOME |

- NO drugs
- NO smoking
- 3 Vehicle max
- Must be 25 years or older to book
- Max occupancy is 14 (including children)
- Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- NO PETS (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)


- QUEIT HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM
- CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM


| THE RED TAPE |
- Bears are dangerous
- Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets)
- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
- NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us.
We are available Monday - Saturday 9am-9pm via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
