Access to the all the resorts, lakefront amenities: year-round pool, kids pool, pier, tennis/pickle ball courts, clubhouse, sauna, and small fitness center. Enjoy the condo`s dream-worthy beds, private balcony (with electric BBQ and dining set) and gorgeous sunsets. Located with minutes of everything Lake Tahoe has to offer year-round! Free wifi and parking for 3 also.

Located in the infamous Brockway Springs Resort in King`s Beach in North Lake Tahoe. Resort is located within minutes of everything Lake Tahoe has to offer all year-round! TART is Lake Tahoe`s free, year-round shuttle that has an extensive route system! A TART stop is located right at the resort`s entrance. Walk to downtown King`s Beach, restaurants, shops, beaches, coffee shops.
You will have the entire condo to yourselves. An access code will be given for the entry gate and condo. Guests will have a key card to enter the year-round hot springs pool, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, sauna, pier, clubhouse and all other resort amenities.

Beautiful, panaramoic views from almost every window including the master bedroom which also has a private balcony, dining area and electric BBQ. The decor on the inside is incredibly beautiful.
