The unit was as advertised, very clean and well stocked with all your essentials. Host met us at the peoperty and gave us a tour, easy ck in and out. Easy parking at rear of house, and 2 nice covered porches for guest use. Nice location to park ave and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Gail’s VRBO—the photos don’t fully capture how beautiful it is. The apartment was stylish, modern, and spotless, and the walkable neighborhood offered plenty of restaurants and shops. Gail was a delightful and accommodating host. This will be our go-to place whenever we visit Rochester.

Wonderful and cozy; will definitely stay again!

We come into Rochester frequently to visit family, and this is officially our favorite place to stay. The place was incredibly clean and was well stocked. Coffee, tea, and half and half (!!) were waiting for us, making our first morning so pleasant. Towels felt brand new and bed was comfortable. Gail was very easy to get in touch with and helped us extend our stay when we decided to stay in town a little longer. Very much would recommend for any couple coming into Rochester.

Better than home!

I have never stayed at a vacation rental that was better stocked or more welcoming. The hosts put so much thought into what could make their location stand out with plush sheets and towels, half and half from the local dairy and a well equipped kitchen. Gail was available at check in to make sure I had everything I needed. We will definitely be returning!

This is absolutely one of the nicest VRBOs! Everything about it was outstanding; the property was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The host thought of so many little details that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and, she was friendly, available and responsive to questions or concerns. The location was perfect; a beautiful tree-lined street, close to many cultural sites and great restaurants. Off-street parking was included. It was a five-star experience in every way and made our time in Rochester very special!
