Why they chose this property

I loved this town. The summers are sunny and all is so close to my house. I never use a car in town . I walk to the bank to the post office grocery stores and the beach is down the street. Restraunts and bars practically across two streets.

What makes this property unique

When I arrived here the first thing that took my breath was the mountains and the ocean so blue. Everything is surrounded with so much color.So many places to visit .
