AT HOME: the house, very well furnished, consists of two bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds) but can become double, a large living room with kitchenette equipped with air conditioning, with sofa bed a bathroom with shower. There are two terraces that overlook the whole panorama, one is equipped with a wooden roof with chairs, table, rocking chairs, the other can be used as relaxation, but above all to savor the warm Castellammaresi days.

Loved our stay

We will miss the large oversized terraces. The place is large and very well equipped. AC works extremely well. Wifi signal was very weak and devices disconnected frequently but internet speed was ok (after first day at least) and we were able to get everything we needed from internet. Hosts are very friendly but not a single word of English and VRBO doesn't auto-translate. VRBO was also glitchy for days (no fault of hosts) not allowing me to message hosts, making arranging for check in very stressful. With all that said, the apartment is awesome and we loved our stay and would happily stay there again.

Una vacanza indimenticabile in una struttura confortevole e strategicamente ben posizionata!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura dal 24 giugno al 04 luglio, e vado subito al sodo affinché sappiate che state scegliendo una struttura molto buona e confortevole. Perché sceglierla? La posizione: appena fuori dal centro e dalla marina di Castellammare, in posizione tranquilla e non chiassosa, dotata di parcheggio auto interno. La struttura: comodissima, accogliente come da foto, pulita e ordinata, due ampi terrazzi, in uno di questi (coperto da tettoia in legno e teli) vi è anche la possibilità di consumare perché no la prima colazione il pranzo o la cena durante il soggiorno se non siete sempre fuori tutto il giorno. Tutte le stanze sono munite di finestra, di fatto vi è sempre un ottimo ricircolo dell'aria e noi il climatizzatore per esempio (presente nel salone) non l'abbiamo neanche mai utilizzato. Letti comodissimi, armadi e comodini praticamente nuovi. Ottima la possibilità di usufruire di elettrodomestici quali ferro da stiro + asse da stiro, lavatrice + stendibiancheria e ombrellone da spiaggia. I proprietari: Salvatore è una persona alla mano, cordialissima da subito ben disposta verso i suoi ospiti, pronto a consigliarvi su come muovervi e cosa vedere, risiede nello stesso stabile dove in altro appartamento risiedono anche i suoi genitori, la sera prima della nostra partenza la mamma di Salvatore ci ha preparato delle cassatelle (dolcetti tipici con ricotta locale di pecora e cannella) che rimpiangeremo per tutta la vita, dire che erano buonissime è riduttivo! Insomma, una casa vacanza che vale veramente di essere presa in considerazione e con questo ringrazio Salvatore e famiglia. Claudio

Appartamento molto accogliente con due belle terrazze panoramiche sfruttabili dal mattino fino a tarda sera. Ottima base per visitare i dintorni. Salvatore - il proprietario - è davvero una persona squisita, molto gentile e disponibile. Terremo a memoria i suoi contatti per una prossima vacanza in zona!

Ottimo soggiorno!

La casa è bella come traspare dalle fotografie, dotata di ogni confort, con due splendidi terrazzi panoramici. Si trova in una posizione strategica: si raggiungono facilmente la spiaggia, il centro paese e si accede rapidamente all'auto strada per visitare le zone limitrofe. I proprietari, che risiedono nello stesso edificio, sono veramente delle belle persone: disponibili, cordiali e ospitali, ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. Sicuramente un posto dove torneremo. Un grazie di cuore a Salvatore per suoi utili consigli.

Piacevolmente sorpresi

Appartamento nuovo, ben arredato, pulito, fresco e spazioso. Tutto il necessario per una casa vacanze. Proprietari molto disponibili e cordiali. Nessun difetto, due terrazzi straordinari dove poter godere delle splendide serate ventilate. Consigliatissimo sia per famiglie che per coppie o gruppi di amici non lontano dal centro ma molto tranquillo.

Piacevole vacanza

La tua esperienza: Appartamento in zona tranquilla, confortevole, in ordine e dotato di ogni necessità. Ottimamente posizionato per visitare tutta la Sicilia centro-occidentale. I proprietari, che abitano nella stessa struttura, sono gentilissimi, attenti ad ogni necessità e disponibili in qualunque momento. Abbiamo passato tre settimane di ferie come se fossimo a casa nostra.

Nostalgia IRIS

Sono anni che viaggiamo grazie a questo sito. Abbiamo sempre avuto ottimi riscontri, ma questa volta siamo davvero soddisfatti della scelta. L'appartamento corrisponde appieno alla descrizione delle foto. E' curato nei minimi dettagli e la pulizia è fantastica. Che dire delle terrazze....semplicemente splendide. La posizione è ottimale per chi vuole spostarsi velocemente. Infine, e questo è il fattore più importante, porteremo nei nostri cuori la disponibilità, gentilezza, cortesia e buonumore di Salvo e di tutta la sua famiglia. Grazie alla mamma di Salvo per le sue gustosissime cassatelle. Grazie ancora di cuore per la splendida vacanza che ci avete consentito di trascorrere. A presto. Vacanza in casa

Per chi sceglie di prendere un casa a Castellammare del Golfo la scelta è indovinata : la casa è nuova, pulita, ben arredata, spaziosa (eravamo in 4 ma può accogliere sino a 6 persone grazie ad un divano letto) ed il centro paese è raggiungibile facilmente (a piedi un quarto d'ora circa). I propietari sempre disponibili e cortesi, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo : consigliata.

Dachwohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Da die Ferienwohnung nicht leicht zu finden ist, holte uns der Vermieter freudlicherweise bei einer nahe gelegenen Bar ab. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns viele Informationen über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Eiscafés. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss gemietet, bekamen aber irrtümlicherweise die Wohnung im ersten Stock zugeteilt, konnten aber nach zwei Tagen nach oben ziehen. Der Vermieter selbst wohnt im ersten Stock, seine Eltern im Erdgeschoss unter der Mietwohnung. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock (Primula) ist moderner, gut funktionierende Dusche und Herd, besitzt zwei Balkone, die Aussicht geht allerdings auf das Gewerbegebiet, in er das Haus liegt. Die Dachgeschosswohnung (Iris) besitzt zwei große Terrassen mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Dusche funktioniert allerdings oft nicht (nur ein Rinnsal!) und der Herd riecht nach Gas.

Appartement très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses, bien qu'un peu éloigné de la vieille ville et du port. Par contre, emplacement idéal pour visiter la region et particulièrement la réserve de zingaro. A recommander.

Mansarda Iris

L'appartamento è proprio come nelle fotografie: spazioso e ben attrezzato. Abbiamo fatto colazione tutti i giorni sulla grande terrazza con vista mare. Alle spalle della palazzina in cui si trova la mansarda, inaspettate belle montagne, che abbiamo riconosciuto nel panorama che si gode dal vicino sito di Segesta. Per spostarsi serve la macchina; l'appartamento si trova in posizione decentrata rispetto al paese, ma molto comoda rispetto alla rete viaria. Ottima l'accoglienza di Salvatore, persona davvero gentile, cordiale e disponibile, molto attenta alle esigenze dei suoi inquilini. Indimenticabili le cassatelle di sua madre.

Casa perfetta....

Salve a tutti sono da poco tornata dalle vacanze. Avevo visto molti appartamenti ma poi quello di Salvatore mi aveva colpito, visto che io adoro le mansarde... e quella è veramenta una bella mandarda, non è soltanto una casa vacanze ma è una casa dove si potrebbe vivere bene per tutta la vita, grande, con 2 enormi terrazze una delle quali ha una grande tettoia in legno lamellare e titti i confort necessari per passare bene delle vacanze.... Ringrazio la famiglia di Salvatore soprattutto la mamma, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Ciao a tutti

Una vacanza da favola in una mansarda da favola

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato nella mansarda di Salvatore, il proprietario, che si è dimostrato una persona disponibile ed attenta, prodigo di consigli sui luoghi da visitare, su buoni ristoranti, su spiagge fantastiche. La mansarda è dotata di tutto quanto descritto, spaziosa, pulitissima, freschissima e silenziosa. Utilissime le 3 terrazze di cui una coperta dove si può pranzare o cenare la sera al fresco. La location è perfetta, Da qui ogni giorno abbiamo visitato tutti i meravigliosi posti di questo splendido angolo di Sicilia. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane perfette! Un ringraziamento anche a tutta la Famiglia di Salvatore, persone squisitissime e gentilissime, basta pensare alle piccole grandi attenzioni che ci hanno fatto molto piacere: dal vino bianco alla frutta fresca alla pizza calda appena sfornata dalla mamma di Salvatore e che dire delle spettacolari cassatelle fatte sempre dalla mamma, una vera specialità. Per finire ci sentiamo di dire una sola parola:Consigliatissima!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nous y étions en juillet dernier, l'appartement est très propre. Il est un peu excentré mais il est possible d'aller en ville a pied. Peu d'échanges sur place avec les loueurs mais présents en cas de besoin et facilement joignables au telephone. Pour cuisiner, vous trouverez sur place de l'huile d'olive, mais c'est tout.La terrasse est l'endroit le plus agréable;

Ferienwohnung Castellammare del Golfo

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie war perfekt ausgestattet, alles war neu und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Große Terrasse mit schönem, weitem Ausblick. Die Eigentümer-Familie sehr nett. Die ganze Gegend ist wunderschön (z.B.Naturreservat Zingaro - ein Traum), die direkte Umgebung wirkt echt (keine touristische Enklave).Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto.

MERAVIGLIOSO!!!

Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e cortese. Alloggio delizioso con tutto l'occorrente, particolarmente pulito, molto ampio con due terrazze attrezzate con mangiare fuori e con lettini, un salotto accogliente con aria condizionata, due camere da letto, bagno e cucina attrezzata. Siamo stati molto bene e consigliamo sicuramente questo appartamento.

Estancia de acuerdo a lo descrito

El alojamiento Iris responde a la descripción del propietario. El apartamento estaba limpio, las camas son cómodas y esta situado en una zona tranquila de Castellammare. Los propietarios son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
