(Text automatically translated) The villa is situated in a quiet area of ??Castellammare del Golfo, away from the summer crowds of the storic center, however, only a few minutes; near, as well as the marina and beautiful beaches, there are: the beautiful Zingaro Nature Reserve, the small medieval village of Scopello with its magnificent cliffs and the ancient Segesta with its impressive temple and the theater still in operation. A few meters away you will find a self-service bar and an excellent pizzeria / restaurant (15% discount for guests). In the garden there is a free water to rinse your feet off the back from the beach. No problems with parking in front of the house. Finally, the Pisciotta family who lives on the ground floor (separate entrances - max privacy) will be ready to welcome you with sincere and endless hospitality, to spend a peaceful holiday.

Heerlijk centraal gelegen. Superschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. In 10 minuten loop je naar het centrum. Wij kwamen pas 's avonds laat aan maar erg gastvrije eigenaar kon ons meteen vertellen waar wij nog lekker konden eten. Aanrader ! Ook de koffiebar om de hoek voor de ochtend is perfect! Voor de deur konden wij onze huurauto parkeren en hebben mooie uitstapjes gemaakt. vergeet vooral niet de prachtige wandeling in het natuurpark Zingaro.

Appartamento pulito , spazioso e confortevole. Ugo, il proprietario e la sua famiglia gentilissimi e disponibili.Mi ha dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti ed escursioni. Castellammare del Golfo è risultato essere zona ottimale e centrale per numerose escursioni : Scopello, riserva dello Zingaro, San Vito, Segesta , Erice , saline di Marsala, Palermo, Trapani.... la spiaggia raggiungibile in auto in 2 minuti o a piedi in 15 o con servizio navetta , tenuta bene, ben attrezzata (bar ristoranti e ombrelloni/lettini) acqua pulita e sabbia finissima. Bella vacanza . Tornerò.

schöne Wohnung bei netten Leuten

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Schönes Apartment mit riesiger Dachterrasse. Supermarkt und alles weitere in Laufnähe. Und die Pizzeria war ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Gerne wieder!

Questa estate io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze estive presso il Sig. Pisciotta, nel suo accogliente bilocale che fa parte della villa dove abita il proprietario, ma è assolutamenbte autonomo. L'appartamento dista circa 1km dal mare e a pochissimi passi si trovano negozi, bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, inoltre il suo consiglio di affittare un'auto per visitare i meravigliosi posti che circondano Castellammare è stato veramente oculato, dato che Castellammare è a metà strada tra Palermo e Trapani, così abbiamo potuto organizzare splendide escursioni e gite. Il prezzo del bilocale è veramente adeguato e competitivo.... Lo consigliamo vivamente !!!

Fuori dal caos del centro storico, ma comodo per raggiungere sia le spiagge, sia il centro; eccezionale punto di partenza per raggiungere le splendide località turistiche.
