Apartment on the first floor of a newly renovated building. Equipped with 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen and a balcony with sea view. The apartment is located in Alcamo Marina a few steps from the golden sandy beach. We also provide a private covered parking for one car where inside there is both a comfortable BBQ for your grilling and also an outdoor shower useful when returning from the beach. The position of the house allows travel in all directions as it is located about 6 km from the motorway junction. At 3 km to the west you can visit Castellammare Del Golfo, at 12 km Scopello with its fantastic coves, at 50 km San Vito Lo Capo and Trapani, at 60 km Marsala. To the east you will find the beautiful village of Balestrate, at 25 km the famous and characteristic "Borgo dei Parrini" in Partinico, at 65 km the city of Palermo.
