We picked this house for a group getaway, and it was perfect, The lower level room provided a perfect hang out spot with a wet bar, sauna and the hot tub outside. The kitchen and table upstairs had plenty of room for group meals, and you can't beat the view of the slopes at 7 springs from the many decks!
I have rented many houses over the years and this one was definitely a fun one. Some things in the house were 'tired' (needs new drawers in fridge, house gets too hot in some places and cold in others, the air hockey table needs an overhaul, and while there were a respectable amount of kitchen items, it was heavy on coffee (too many pots) and could use a crock pot. Beds were comfortable, the hot tub was in great shape, the view was spectacular, the firepit was fun, and the Tree House is adorable. The rebar used in the railings was cool to look at but has some very sharp edges and my son cut is finger rather badly on one. The low ceilings in a couple of places caused our 2 tallest people (6 ft and 6'5") to bump their heads but they soon learned to watch out for that. Furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen could also use more potholders and kitchen towels. The supply of bath and hot tub towels was excellent. The spiral staircase to the lower level was a great use of space and I've always loved them. Overall, good value for the money. Noise level in the upper level was great - meaning people downstairs didn't disturb those going to bed earlier or sleeping later...distance to skiing was perfect...we had a great time!!
