Family Ski Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend with lots of snow. The house is clean and has all of the amenities one would need for a weekend away from home. Lots of room for people to spread out. We even rented the cabin behind. Very accommodating when it came to needing to stay an extra night with all of the snow that fell. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend for any season. Laurel Mountain Park is a special place.

Beautiful home & perfect for family vacation

The home was just perfect for our family getaway that included 3 generations of our family. The local area had plenty to do for our younger (children) family members. We also enjoyed time together at the house with movie nights and s’mores in the fire pit. We are hoping to make a return visit soon.

We loved the house and the walkable community where the house is located. There is a stream just down the street, which was a delightful find for our children, and a small trail. The owner did a great job with renovations and we loved the outdoor touches as well. The children are already asking to come back and stay at this house again!

Family weekend

We had an awesome time staying here. It really felt like a home away from home. We surprised my in-laws for their 60th birthday with a family weekend. It was large enough to fit 7 adults and two toddlers comfortably. It was a safe family friendly area. The owner was very prompt at getting back to me. The pictures don’t do this house justice. The home is beautifully appointed. The kitchen is completely stocked, and the appliances are high end. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous. There is good water pressure. We loved coming back and starting a fire. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Sugar berry Weekend

What a lovely home! Four of us convened for a long weekend in the mountains, and wanted a comfortable and well-appointed home for our stay. Sugar berry did not disappoint! It was very clean, well-equipped, with beautiful finishes and everything we could possibly want in a weekend home. We were only sorry that we could not take advantage of the awesome outdoor areas, such as the fire pit, due to the inclement weather for most of the weekend. The house “lives” much larger than it looks from the outside, with plenty of room for each of us to have our privacy as well as space for playing card games, doing a puzzle, eating, and just visiting with one another. It was a great weekend, and we’d love to do it again sometime!

We had a great weekend here with kids and grandparents! The weather didn't cooperate (rained a fair amount) but we were still pretty happy since the indoor space is so pleasant to be in. Very well appointed, clean, beautiful layout and architecture, everything we needed. No complaints!

Beautiful House! Great experience!!

This house has everything you could need for 4 adult couples spending great times together. The kitchen and dining area are exceptional. Dining table for 8, plenty of plates, bowls, glassware flatware, everything you need. The bar in the kitchen was great to place our food so everyone could serve themselves then be seated. Initially chose the house for the kitchen and it exceeded our expectations! It is bright and comfortable but you know the craftsmanship of this home is over the top! Every detail has been thought of. Living room with TV (we had music stations on) and a game table or just another conversation area. Bedrooms are perfectly outfitted with linens, pillows, blankets. The bathrooms are luxurious…seriously. Exceptionally clean! Outdoor area was great for hanging out. We didn’t do much of that due to weather but will next time. The manager of the home was so responsive and helpful. Easy EASY booking, check in, and check out processes.

Great family get-a-way

This property had all of the amenities you possibly could want for a get-a-way. It was very clean and comfortable and enjoyed by all. It was a pleasure to cook a home cooked meal in the very modern kitchen, sitting around the fire pit telling stories and visiting the town of Ligonier. This is a great place to spend family time together.
