The National at Ave Maria

My wife and I just completed a month long stay in beautiful Ave Maria. Our accommodations and hosts were amazing! Communications with Tom could not have been any better. Every detail was thought of and provided. The condo was perfect us and provided a second bedroom for up to 4 people. Everything is brand new and in great condition. We spent every morning and evening on the lanai overlooking the 9th hole and huge lake at The National golf course. The sunsets were spectacular! If you decide to play golf it will take you about 1 minute to walk to the pro shop. The workout facility, tennis courts, pickleball courts and bocce courts are also within a two minute walk. The huge pool and tiki hut should be open very soon (by mid March 2024) and will add another spectacular amenity. Once the clubhouse is complete you will have the whole package including 2 restaurants within view from this condo. The town center encircles the large Catholic church that you have to see. There is plenty of shopping and eating establishments. While it is considered a quiet town they have several events in the town center. We were fortunate enough to stay during two large festivals with food tents, arts and crafts booths and several bands playing. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the day! Stop in the Oil Well Craft Beer brewery. Something is happening most nights there with food trucks most nights and bingo a few nights every month. You will love you’re time here!

We were very happy to host Dominic and Susan at our condo. The communication was very easy right from the beginning. They are a very nice couple and treated and took great care of our place, as if it was their own home. Upon their departure everything was left spotless and we could hardly tell that anyone was staying there for a month. We would love to host Dominic and Susan at any time.
