Second Stay here - Even better

This was our second stay at the property. I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my son’s graduation from college. As an out of state parent, this place gave us a perfect base to operate from. The property is well kept and clean. The porch and back yard offer a perfect oasis from the stress of a busy day. The location is close to stores and major roads. I’d recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent Property for Extended Stay

This property was perfect for a week stay with extended family. The property had all we needed, to include two TV rooms, a fire pit, porch, and sitting room. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The decorating of the property was modern and chic. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The 2 acres allowed us to feel insulated from the hustle and bustle of the town, but not isolated from activities. The communication with the property host was fantastic. I will stay here again.

The property is beautiful and the location is convenient, but I wasn’t overly impressed with the house. The light over the front stairs didn’t work, which made it difficult getting our bags in safely the night we checked in. Multiple roaches found in nearly every room of the house (some dead, some not). The skylight leaked on one of the beds. The hand soap/shampoo/conditioner/body wash upstairs were so watered down they weren’t usable. There was a bolt sticking through the seat of a dining room chair. Couch pillows had holes. Will not be back.

Beautiful stay near USA Baseball fields

We were in town for 5 days for my son's tournament at the USA baseball complex. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. This home was only 10 min to the fields and super close to plenty of restaurants, lakes, playgrounds, the amazing dtown Apex area and much more. This is by far the nicest stay we've had, you can tell it was newly renovated while keeping some charm and original details. Everything was super clean, beds were comfy, and the outside area was a huge plus. We ran into a few questions while there and the owner responded immediately to help us. My kids already declared that if we get to go back to USA basbeall again we'll def stay here. BTW if you have young kids don't miss Dtown Cary Park. It's unbelievable!!

Comfortable stay

Our family of 6 adults, plus 3 year old spent a week in this house comfortably. Check in and communication with the host was excellent--quick and easy. Quiet property with plenty of space and seating. AC worked well on the main level and upstairs. Beds were adequately comfortable, except the sofa bed which had a broken frame (we had only planned to use this for the 3 year old and upon seeing the frame were able to easily switch to a backup plan). All bedrooms have blinds and curtains for privacy but they allow a lot of light in, so we needed our eye masks to sleep past sunrise. There were some issues with water flow/pressure in the upstairs sink and shower while we were there--still usable, but the stopping/starting and low flow and spraying were sometimes annoying. The upstairs bedroom door hinges were really creaky and the bathroom door stuck in the frame badly, such that using them at night would wake up the people in the other room upstairs (some us forgot to bring earplugs). These were minor inconveniences for our group and can likely be easily addressed by the host for an even better stay for future guests. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked, but some pots and pans and cooking utensils were pretty worn (fraying/shedding plastic spatulas, broken/dull knives). Fine for our group since we did not cook much during this stay. Overall, we felt the property was as described/pictured and served us well.
