This is the triplex's main floor unit. It conveniently has shared access to two laundry rooms. The fully fenced backyard is accessible through the sun porch. Outdoor seating & a fire table are available for your enjoyment spring through fall months.
Ample Street parking is available and free on the evenings and weekends. We provide one (1), free daytime parking permit for guests. Additional permits are available for $1/weekday.
