This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 1 bath home is designed to be your next relaxing retreat. It features hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms, high ceilings & a fenced backyard. This triplex is located in the historic North Slope neighborhood. Easy walking distance to Tacoma's Stadium District with great restaurants, shops, grocery, coffee shops, neighborhood pubs, Wright Park, waterfront & more.

This triplex is a historic home built in 1905. We have taken care to preserve and restore many of the original features of the building & update it modern amenities for your comfort.

You will be staying in Unit A, which has been thoughtfully designed as a relaxing retreat for traveling professionals and workationers. Each bedroom has a queen size, memory foam bed, Smart TV, blackout curtains, blinds & ceiling fans. The main bedroom includes air conditioning in the warm weather months.

The light filled, open concept living room includes a 58-inch Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you'll need including:
• Stainless steel appliances
• Keurig, drip & French press coffee makers
• Microwave oven
• Electric kettle
• Dishwasher
• Full set of dishes & cookware
• Air Fryer
• Cordless vacuum & steam mop

This is the triplex's main floor unit. It conveniently has shared access to two laundry rooms. The fully fenced backyard is accessible through the sun porch.

Ample Street parking is available and free on the evenings and weekends. We provide one (1), free daytime parking permit for guests. Additional permits are available for $1/weekday.

You will have access to the shared sun porch, laundry and backyard.

Extended stay with family

Exactly as promoted. Well stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, crisp withe linens and towels. Erica was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions and needs. Easy to navigate the neighborhood. Would love to stay here again soon.
