Nice condo with a view

The property was the correct size for two people. It was clean and came supplied with all appropriate dishes and appliances for preparing meals. The staff was pleasant and made you feel welcomed.

Different Place than Advertised and Poor Customer Service

My recent stay here was disappointing, not only because the actual accommodations vastly differed from the listing, but also due to the interaction with the property manager. - The room lacked the advertised ocean view; there was no view. - High ceilings seen in photos were absent. - Contrary to the listing, Wi-Fi wasn't free. - Essential amenities like a washing machine were missing. - The decor differed completely from the listing's photos. When I addressed these issues, the property manager was rude and insisted that discrepancies were noted in the listing, which I did not find to be true. Although a $50 refund was offered, it felt insufficient for a stay costing $500 per night.
