Con tanto spazio per divertirsi , adatto ai bambini che a soli 100 metri possono trovare il JOY VILLAGE, una grandissima sala giochi per bambini e famiglie con bowling e tantissimi altri giochi e sala cinema. L appartamento è situato a soli 15 minuti di macchina dal centro , servito benissimo da autobus e tramvia . L appartamento è composto da una grande cucina abitabile compresa di tutti i confort , una sala con divano letto a 2 piazze ( matrimoniale ) e televisore 50 pollici , bagno con doccia , camera letto matrimoniale con televisione , giardino privato e parcheggio auto privato . Il riscaldamento è autonomo e sono ammessi animali .
