This condo features a large living room, den with wet bar and dining area with custom table and twelve chairs for both casual and formal meals. It boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, cherry-wood cabinets and high-end stainless appliances including Bosch dishwasher, stainless side-by-side refrigerator and commercial gas oven.

The master suite has a king size bed and bath featuring a 2 person shower with body jets and a double sink. The second bedroom has a full private bathroom.

The master retreat is complete with king bed and sitting area. A second bedroom complete with a queen bed overlooks the heated pool. All bedrooms have air-conditioning . Wi-fi is provided in the condo.

Kensington Gardens has been transformed into nine condos with beautiful gardens, sunning decks, a large heated pool for the complex, hot tub, bike rack as well as private parking.

*Pool and Spa open from Memorial Day till the end of September. Adult swim only between 11:00 am and 5:00pm including family week.
Please note: I give my renters first dibs to return the following year - so I do not rent more than 51 weeks in advance. Rentals during the summer run Sunday afternoon through Sunday morning.
