Proximity to Lake Michigan Access - about 100 yards to the Berrien St. Beach Access. The only beach access in Union Pier that does not need a staircase to get to the beach. BEACH IS WIDE AND WONDERFUL

Maximum Occupants - 13 This sprawling property is located across the street from Lake Michigan. This home is close to multiple beautiful Lake Michigan beaches and three blocks to the heart of downtown Union Pier. An array of Harbor Country's towns and activities are just a short drive away. The large wooden Play Set is a hit with kids, and a big Firepit area in the back yard is perfect for night time bonfires. This house has been host to many family reunions, friendcations. Weekend getaways.
Grey House has a beautiful open floor plan. Gather around the enormous kitchen island with seating for 5, the 10 person quartz-topped catering table, or the 2 comfy and beautiful extra long Pottery Barn Couches or 2 Pottery Barn Chair and 1/2 reading/hang out pieces.

Although some beaches have been diminished or washed away over the last few years, Berrien Street Beach remains one of the best and deepest, sugar sand beaches in all of Southwest Michigan. Our family had such an amazing stay at this home. Check-in was easy, the owner was thoughtful and accommodating, and the property was incredibly clean and comfortable.
