Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses.

IMPROVEMENTS DEC2023: Fresh paint throughout, all new wood-look floors in bedrooms, new sink and light fixtures, new bed covers, new bunk beds, upgraded TVs, new refrigerator.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week rental stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

RESORT FEE: A mandatory Resort Fee required by the Litchfield by the Sea HOA is subject to taxes and must be collected in full on each reservation.
