We had a great stay at the villa! The outdoor space was fantastic, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool was a real highlight and made the stay even better. We’d definitely recommend it!

Beautiful home. Great host, Clean and so calm of a neighborhood. Safe with great easy to use security and a huge amazing patio/backyard and pool with sunrise and sunset views. I only wish they had more days available and I would have stayed a month!!

Very disappointing stayWe have stayed in Playa Blanca over 10 times and this was the first villa to genuinely disappoint us.The second bedroom was in the basement, which was not made clear in the listing. It was dark and isolated and unsuitable for our child, who slept on the uncomfortable sofa for all 10 nights. The living room lamp was also on a timer and switched off after midnight, leaving her in darkness.The upstairs was blocked off with a “Do Not Enter” sign, keypad and another Ring doorbell, with no explanation, which felt very unsettling.Privacy was a major concern. There were several cameras, including one facing the pool. A hallway window looked directly into the master bedroom with only a net curtain, while a Ring doorbell pointed towards the same area and regularly showed a blue light. We ended up covering the window with a towel.Only the master bedroom had working air conditioning. We also had cockroaches in the master bathroom daily, unreliable hot water, no free kitchen cupboard for food, only two sunbeds for three guests, and a pool that made a loud bubbling noise 24/7.The person we dealt with as the owner also used two names, Kevin and Jaroslav, which added to our concerns.Far too many issues were not clear from the listing. Instead of a relaxing 10-night holiday, we spent much of it dealing with privacy, comfort and basic facility problems. Very disappointing and we would not return.

I would like to provide some clarifications, as several points in your review do not reflect the actual conditions of the property or your communication during the stay. The second bedroom is located on level -1, as stated in the listing. It is regularly used by guests and has standard lighting, ventilation, and full natural daylight thanks to a pleasant patio with a table and chairs — an ideal spot for morning coffee, reading, or relaxing. This bedroom also has fully functioning air conditioning; however, for guests who prefer not to use AC, it naturally maintains a fresh and comfortable climate throughout the year. During your stay, no concerns were communicated regarding this room or any sleeping arrangements. The sofa in the living room is not intended for sleeping, and no request for assistance was made. The living room lamp operates on a timer for guest convenience and also has a manual switch. This is explained to guests, and no issue was raised during your stay. The upper floor is the private part of the property, clearly marked and clearly stated in the listing. The Ring doorbell is also disclosed and functions normally; the blue light appears when pressed or when charging. There is no camera facing the pool. The property has a standard security system, fully disclosed in the listing. The master bedroom has solid doors and a non‑transparent curtain, ensuring full privacy. Both bedrooms have fully functioning air conditioning. No concerns were communicated regarding insects, hot water, kitchen storage or pool filtration during your stay. The listing accurately states that the property provides two sunbeds, two chairs and a larger seating area for up to five people. Throughout your stay, no issues were reported despite my proactive communication before arrival. I always encourage guests to reach out if anything needs attention, and I am happy to assist whenever needed. For transparency, I will also share your feedback with Vrbo so they can review the situation in full. Thank you again for your feedback

Over the years I’ve travelled to many places around the world, but none of them captured my heart quite like Lanzarote. From my very first visit I was drawn in by the warmth of the local people, the unique architecture inspired by César Manrique, and the island’s stunning natural landscapes.

The year‑round pleasant climate, delicious food and excellent infrastructure kept bringing me back again and again — until I eventually realised that Lanzarote felt like a second home.

That’s why I decided to buy a property here, and I’m happy to share it with you so you can enjoy your own unforgettable holiday on this beautiful island.

Why they chose this property

From the garden of my home you can enjoy a beautiful view of the volcanic mountains of the Los Ajaches range, including peaks such as Hacha Grande and the impressive Montaña Roja. Their dramatic silhouettes create a unique atmosphere that makes Lanzarote so special.

Although the house doesn’t offer a direct sea view, the ocean is very close — just about a 15‑minute walk via the shortest path. It’s perfect for a morning stroll, a sunset walk, or simply relaxing by the water.
