The units were clean and comfortable. Only issue were the icemakers in the refrigerators which were difficult to operate correctly. The check in was easy and we were able to make calls for anything we needed that was not in the room. We requested a wagon and cleaning supplies and they were delivered quickly. Service at the pool was always available with easy access to the beach. Hard to find availability of pool chairs and cabanas if you were not out there early. Parking was good and valet service was excellent. Valet personnel were friendly and helpful with any request or suggestions. Duke's was good food but poor service. Reservations were hard to get, make them before you actually arrive.
