We had a great time, the house is just as described. Easy and comfortable for a group of people. The host were very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely book again when we come back to the area!
The host was extremely responsive and accommodating to our group. The house was as depicted and served our purpose for a weekend outing. We would stay here again. And, I caught a fish!!!!

The Home Was Nice , We Had Minor Issues That Heidi Took Care of Right Away . We Enjoyed The Home
The pictures match the property very well. House was clean stocked with everything that you would need for a family. There was good fishing on the lake.
We had a wonderful time! Kids had basement for sleeping and bathroom which was a plus! Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen for cooking! Great place for family gatherings! We’d definitely stay again👍

So glad you enjoyed and were able to get everyone together. Thank you!!
This property is all about the lake front location. Very relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the geese/ducks/turtles. House is well stocked and is suited for 2 families, with living areas and bathrooms on the main and lower levels. A great location for relaxation.
This house works out great for us. We love the feel of being in the country and yet close to the things we want to do. Our favorite thing to do is sit on the deck in the morning and evening. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed.
A lot of room in the house for several people. Everything worked as it should. Kids loved the basement, with walkout to pond. Very nice sitting on the deck, so peaceful.
Friends and family were impressed with the rental and our Treatment we received from Heidi. One person from the area asked for information to be able to help others that come to the area.
This house was perfect for our family both inside and out. Enough room for everyone to sleep without crowding teens and we really enjoyed being able to get out and lounge/fish every single day. The guard ducks were absolutely amazing and so much fun! Having dishes and towels available was very nice as that's not typically something you carry. The property manager is super nice and I'll Definitely look this place up again when we return.
We rented this house so we could be together as a family for our sons graduation from SIUE. Very relaxing, we hosted dinner after graduation and everyone could spread out and be comfortable. The house is 20 minutes from edwardsville/campus with plenty of room for three grown children, their significant others, and close family to visit and have dinner. Will definitely stay again

Thanks... I am so glad you enjoyed yourself. We love sharing our home and hope you make it back.
This house is located in an upper scale neighborhood, nestled in trees on a small lake. The house is much older, but very clean. The only thing they could improve on is the queen beds squeak badly every time you move. We went in to St Louis both days and enjoyed a Cardinal game and Grant’s Farm. We would stay again.

Thanks!! The mattress were definitely a problem. Apparently someone had broken one of the box springs and we didn’t notice. I am just replacing both queen beds altogether and hopefully that will take care of any issues.
Loved this house! We came to the St. Louis area to visit Grant’s Farm and the Missouri Botanical Gardens. The house is located in a quiet area with a gorgeous lake view. We spent many hours on the deck overlooking the lake. The house was perfect for my 85 year old mother and her walker. We enjoyed the kitchen table to spend family time, but the young adults could also spend time watching TV and playing cards downstairs without disturbing grandma. It was a very short drive into the city.

I am so glad your family enjoyed the home. Thank you!!
Property prettyuch as advertised. The basement was cool with an outside temperature in the mid to upper eighties. First floor was warm however but every room has a ceiling fan. Fishing off the dock was great. Can catch small bass, big crappie, and of course large sunfish. I would recommend it to anyone that loves the country and likes to fish.

Thank you, I am so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Fishing has been great this year. I am sorry the main level was warm for you. I will definitely put a not on the fridge explaining the thermostat. It was great meeting you.
The house was plenty big enough for all 11 of us. The pond was great. There wasn't much yard space for the kids to play ball etc. as the ball would roll toward the pond. The mattresses could use an upgrade. Also the trash is to be taken out but there wasn't enough trash bags.

Thank you for the review. Please if you stay with us again reach out if something is needed, we usually always have extra trash bags on site if needed we can get you access. I do apologize about the beds. We are going to replace both queen in the next week. Unfortunately I can’t do much about the size of the yard with it having the lake so close and on 3 sides.
