Stunning 5th floor unit BEACH FRONT, tastefully renovated, new furniture and appliances, with balcony to enjoy the BEST SUNSET IN THE COUNTRY!

Perfect LOCATION on the “quite end” of PCB, combining a relaxed environment, while 5-10 min drive from all the main city activities, including shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment.

The Summerhouse charges a one-time $30 fee per reservation for parking permits and pool wristbands.

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

This condo was perfect for all of our families needs! We enjoyed beautiful views of the gulf! The host communicated with us every step of the way and was very responsive! We also thought the beds were super comfortable! The location was perfect! Thanks again for an amazing stay in PCB!
