My boyfriend and I traveled to Wilmington to celebrate his birthday! We had a great time exploring downtown Wilmington and being able to walk to each location right from our stay! We enjoyed the space and loved the area!

We had a great time staying here. The room was very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy. Hunter was an amazing host, quickly responding to any questions we had and made us feel comfortable and right at home. We hope to stay here again soon!

What a great place in the heart of Wilmington! Really enjoyed the proximity to everything; Riverwalk, restaurants, breweries. Parked the car and never needed it all weekend. The place is just as described with lots of history and a beautiful window overlooking Market St. The host is the proprietor of a shop just below the VRBO and got to meet him. He was great to talk with and a wealth of knowledge about the city, the local film industry and history. Loved my stay and will rebook the next time i'm in Wilmington. *****

The accommodations were as described. Very clean with kitchenette .There was a sitting area for watching TV and relaxing. Location was great - one block walk to the river walk. Numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is no on site parking but affordable public parking lots near by.

Probably our favorite place to stay in Wilmington. Location is perfect and right in the middle of everything. Not particularly quiet at night, but we knew that coming in and were able to sleep without issues.

We will be back! The host was SO friendly and helpful, the condo was in the heart of all the fun downtown, and the condo was so cute- perfect for a couple's weekend getaway. The condo was also very clean.
