We apologize for the initial issue with the bedroom fan, but we're glad our maintenance team could promptly resolve it. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen size and the organization of dishes and cooking equipment, and we'll look into ways to improve this for the future guests. It's great to know that you loved the bathrooms and had a positive experience with them. We understand that the lack of air conditioning and the stairs could be challenging, especially during hotter days and for those who prefer fewer stairs.
