Great spot for Greensboro weekend

We came to Greensboro for a soccer weekend and the house was perfect for a couple of the parents to share. Being dog friendly was an added bonus for us.

Kirkwood property

Overall everything was great. However, the animal aroma was a bit disconcerting. It was very evident that a cat or dog had been there previously. There was animal hair all over the placemats on the kitchen table. I’m not totally convinced that the bathroom sink in the primary bedroom was cleaned from the previous resident. Otherwise it was great

Quaint house in a quiet neighborhood that needs a little maintenance.

The house was clean, quiet and well stocked but seemed to have lacked any recent maintenance. the water pressure in the primary bathroom caused issue and the entire family had to share the hallway bathroom. The door handle to the back deck was VERY loose and presented a possible security issue. When we arrived at the house (after an 8-hr drive), the provided security code did not work and it took over 30 mins to get in touch with the property manager to get a code that did work.
