We stayed here with my cousins family while our daughters were playing at Sportplex. Nice and clean property. Host was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again when in this area.

The three bedrooms on the main level share one full bath and one half bath. The bedroom upstairs has its own bath. The only negative for us was that several people were sharing that one full bath, but it worked out fine. I thought the location was good and the beds were comfortable.

Lovely apartment in downtown. Plenty of room for 8 people. Host was easily reachable with answers to questions about the area. If you struggle with navigating stairs this may not be a good fit, but my group had no issues.

Great location

This Vrbo was very spacious. It was clean and walkable to everything in Cape. The only thing I’ll say that affected sleep quality was the noise coming from the street. The windows are so thin and you can hear cars all night long. Bring your sound machine. Other than that, amazing.

The place was great. Plenty of space and a good location. Check in was easy. Not too much expected when leaving. Only two small detractors I might mention: 1. The bed upstairs is super squeaky. Very annoying when rolling over at night. 2. The back stairs (primary entry) are ridiculously small. If you have big feet, you have to be very careful on them, especially when descending. But really, we were quite satisfied.

Great property but …

First, the owner and their communication was fantastic. The space was exactly as described, comfortable and clean. The proximity to everything from the river, to downtown and even to the great restaurants on upper Broadway is walkable and great. The “but” is that we stayed Friday and Saturday and it is located right on Broadway (popular cruising street) next to a popular bar that itself is loud and fills the parking area out back with partying till near 2 am. Truly, otherwise, a great stay.

Family Xmas Weekend

Property listing as stated, a bit noisy but doable. Property needs additional living room seating for number of bedrooms as a family of six not all had comfortable seating. It would be great to have a chair in each bedroom along with luggage a luggage rack and bedding was too light with just a sheet and too warm with the heavy comforter. Upgrading pots and pans would also be nice and for sure Kitchen could use larger coffee mugs. With a few of these changes we would be happy to stay again.mugs

Great downtown apartment

This adorable apartment is located in a great spot in downtown Cape. Close to several businesses and coffee shop. Its very spacious and had lots of room to host our whole family staying there over the graduation weekend! Loved it.. just a very few concerns. 1.The floors were very dirty, they turned my husbands socks black. This may very well be due to them being real hard wood and the specific products used to clean them. 2. The steps to get in are treacherous! The are very narrow and go straight up! A few elderly relative had a lot of trouble getting in and it worried us as we were carrying in food and suitcases. 3. sent messages with questions that went a few days not being answered. That was slightly annoying Overall, would stay again, it is a beautiful place, and had all amenities!
